OVERVIEW
Welcome to John Joyce. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to John Joyce, a brand operated by NEXA AD SERVICES LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of johnjoyce.co and any related content, features, products, and services (the "Services"). By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You may not transfer or sell your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may limit or discontinue any product, and limit quantities, at our discretion.

3. ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting; we may be unable to change or cancel an order after it is accepted. Your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. You represent that the payment information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use it, and you agree to pay all charges incurred at the posted prices.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Certain offers include a John Joyce membership that begins with a free 14-day trial and then automatically renews as a paid subscription. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method $29.99 every 28 days (the amount may be less, never more), beginning after your 14-day free trial and continuing until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as JOHNJOYCE* JOHNJOYCE.CO.
Before your first membership charge, we will send an email reminder that the trial is ending, including a link to cancel. You may cancel at any time — including during the trial — through your account portal at https://johnjoyce.co/account, by emailing support@johnjoyce.co, or by replying to your order-confirmation email; cancelling is as easy as enrolling. To stop your next charge, cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not by itself refund charges already made. If any conflict exists between the checkout disclosures, the Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms, and this Section, the most protective terms for the consumer control.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. See our Shipping Policy (https://johnjoyce.co/policies/shipping-policy).

7. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Products sold through the Services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results may vary.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content, trademarks, and materials are owned by John Joyce, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, collect others' personal information, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by us, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall John Joyce, NEXA AD SERVICES LLC, or their officers, employees, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless John Joyce, NEXA AD SERVICES LLC, and their affiliates and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Services.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
